                             Why was this service enterprise established?

Several years ago my family had to settle a complex out-of-state probate, and this was recently followed by having to watch extended family go through much the same.   My efforts to help were hindered by having no single informed source that could provide council on how best to proceed or point me in the that direction.   Very Frustrating!

        So, I decided to do something about it.  

   I have invested hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars into the training needed to become a "Certified Probate Concierge" and then to establish this service enterprise.

 Flathead Probate Concierge serves the Flathead County AND we can refer clients to other certified probate experts in other counties and states.  

   Perhaps you just need assistance with answers and direction, or you're feeling overwhelmed by one or two challenges in the process, or you are out-of-state and need someone local to be your "go-to" resource.   We can help.   We are not compensated for the free referral service, (no referral fees or commissions), so there is no conflict of interest.   (If you wish to contribute an "Honorarium" to aid us in our efforts, that would be greatly appreciated.  There is no obligation.)

 If you would prefer a premium service, where we contact all the service providers, show them around the property, get the quotes, and oversee the completion of the work, that too can usually be done. (Depending on proximity to our home office.) Premium service is bid on a case by case basis.   

 If you wish to sell a property "As Is", we will make a fair market offer. If you need a bridge loan to help you get through the probate process, we can provide that.   NOTE: We are not affiliated with a real estate office.  If you prefer to list on the MLS, we can refer you to local agents.

 I am a 14-year resident of Flathead County.   It was my privilege to play a pivotal role in creating the Lakeside Community Garden, spearhead the Lakeside/Somers Mural Project, and lead the charge to keep the green-box dump site in Lakeside Somers, and Bigfork.   I publish a local e-newsletter that reaches over 500 of the most influential people on the west shore of Flathead Lake.   A few years ago I was honored to be awarded the position of "Grand Marshal" of the Lakeside 4th of July Parade in recognition of my community service and charitable contributions.    I enjoy gardening, real estate investing, and world traveling.
