We offer services to customers primarily in the South Flathead County area.  However, much of our information and referral service can prove useful throughout Montana.   If you're unsure whether we can help you, please don't hesitate to contact us.  (Our first 1.5 hours of consultation is free.)

Our initial consultation involves you telling your story.  You voice your concerns about the headaches and stressful tasks you see ahead and ask questions.  We answer non-legal questions and probe for clarity where needed.  Then we help you narrow your focus to the action items that need your most immediate attention.   You identify the tasks you are ready/willing/able to tackle and point out the ones you would like help with.    We focus on those.

   We will provide you with much needed resources such as probate checklists, notice to creditor samples and contact information, as well as referrals to attorneys and other professionals that can perform the tasks you cannot.   (Our referrals are unaffiliated professionals.   We do not get commissions.)   

   Probably 80% of your estate settlement questions can be addressed in those first one & a half hours by the information we can provide directly or by the professionals we refer you to.   

  After you have had a chance to review the information and mull over the logistical details with the various estate/probate service providers, you may decide that you would like more help.    At that point, you can contract with us for our customized probate concierge service.     

  As the name implies, the custom concierge service is individually tailored to the unique needs of the executor handling the estate. 

    Are you trying to find a good home for grandpa's Alaska Steamship Line memorabilia and silver spoon collection?  Are there horses that need emergency boarding?  Are there squatters threatening to move onto the property?  Does the house need to be winterized?  Do you need a bridge loan to stop a foreclosure or reverse equity seizure?  Missing heirs?  Clouded title?  House sitter needed?   Is there a house in disrepair and you want an investor to make a reasonable offer for it "As Is"?

  After the free consultation, we charge for our time.  Our rate is $75/hour and $0.90 / mile.   In some cases we will require a limited power of attorney so we are empowered to do tasks like turn on utilities, move vehicle off the property and into secure storage, etc.
