Many people who have lost loved ones are going through the probate process while dealing with family, funeral, and work issues and/or living in other cities or in other parts of the world. They do not have the extra time it takes from their busy lives to find all of the services needed to get everything taken care of and are not sure how or where to start.
This is exactly why we started the Probate Concierge Service. We have built up a trusted list of vendors that we can refer. Their prices are fair and they will give you excellent service to help you through this difficult process.
In many cases, after we have discussed the particulars of your situation, we can freely provide you with the task lists, property distribution software, contacts, and internet links you need to make huge leaps forward towards settling the estate.
Our first 1.5 hours of consultation are free. If you require custom follow-up labor from us, we will provide you with a bid. No surprises.
NOTE: If you need us to go to visit a property or person on your behalf, the travel time counts towards the free time maximum and we charge $0.95 / mile.

If your situation requires having someone champion the cleaning, repair, and sale of your property, we will refer you to a minimum of two companies that can do the job. One will be a company that works solely with our concierge service, (van der Benesch, LLC.), the other will be an independent competitor with no ties or obligation to our service. (This way you have a true choice.) Our associated company MAY OR MAY NOT bid on your job. (Usually dependent on the property's proximity and the scope of the work required.) If it can't bid the job, the company will work to find you a second independent business so you still have a choice.
